The galvanic relief I recently obtained for comparison purposes (galvano-plastic) looks like my original relief on a quick glance. However, when looking at the enlarged areas, the differences become clearly visible.
Even at the back you can clearly see the difference. Thus, the original traces of the processing of the front of the original relief are partially visible as small bulges. On the other hand, the back side of the galvanic relief is only grainy and the fine work is not visible from the front back. The junctions are each photographed at the same magnification.
